What counts
Only enabled users count.
You can check the number yourself: it's the enabled user accounts in your directories. A person synced from Active Directory to Entra ID counts once.

Is there a minimum?
Yes, 250 users. Exposure starts at $9,000 a year and Complete at $15,000.
How do we pay?
Buy online with a card or US bank account for 250 to 2,500 users, paid a year in advance. Your license arrives by email. For more users, a multi-year term or an invoice, get a quote.
Can we cancel?
Yes. A subscription renews each year until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt. It ends when the year you paid for ends.
What does every plan include?
GraphnAI runs on your own server, with its own database, so your directory data stays on your network. Every plan includes updates and standard support. How we handle your data.
What if we grow past our user count?
Nothing stops. GraphnAI keeps collecting and analyzing, and we settle the difference at renewal.
Will the price go up at renewal?
By no more than 5% a year, unless you change plans or a time-limited discount ends.
Do longer terms cost less?
Yes. Two- and three-year terms cost less per year. Ask us for a quote.
Does Graphne cost extra?
No. Graphne uses the AI model you set up, which can be one you run yourself, so any model costs go to your provider, not to us.
Do you have education pricing?
Yes. Staff accounts count as users, and student accounts count as a tenth of a user.
What happens when the Preview ends?
GraphnAI turns read-only. Nothing is deleted, so you can still show the findings. Apply a license and collection and fixes pick up where they stopped.
Can we be a founding customer?
Our first customers get founding customer pricing in return for regular feedback and a reference. Ask us about it.
