Users can approve app access themselves (T1528)
Users can approve app permissions without an admin. This tenant allows user consent for all apps, or for apps flagged as risky.
Why it matters

Why there's no automatic fix
GraphnAI doesn't change Microsoft Entra tenant settings yet.
How to fix it
In the Microsoft Entra admin center, open Enterprise applications, then Consent and permissions. Under User consent settings, choose "Let Microsoft manage your consent settings" or "Do not allow user consent".
