Admin roles aren't covered by a strong sign-in policy (T1078.004)
Holders of at least one admin role aren't required to sign in with multifactor authentication or a stronger method. Security defaults or a Conditional Access policy should cover every admin role.
Why it matters
A guessed or phished admin password opens the tenant, with no second factor in the way.

Why there's no automatic fix
GraphnAI doesn't create Conditional Access policies or change security defaults yet.
How to fix it
Cover every admin role with a Conditional Access policy that requires multifactor authentication, and remove admins from its exclusions, except emergency access accounts. Security defaults don't cover Hybrid Identity Administrator, Partner Tier2 Support, Intune Administrator, Domain Name Administrator or External Identity Provider Administrator. Covering them needs a Conditional Access policy, which needs Microsoft Entra ID P1 and security defaults turned off.
