Illicit or over-consented OAuth grant (T1528)
An app whose publisher isn't verified has consent to sensitive data: a tenant-wide grant that stays valid while no one is signed in, or the same kind of grant from many users.
Why it matters
Illicit consent is how an attacker keeps reading mail and files as the user, with no password and no sign-in prompt, until someone revokes the consent.
How GraphnAI finds it
It runs after every sync, on each connected domain or tenant on its own. It applies to Microsoft Entra ID.
It reads:
- The directory attributes

Why there's no automatic fix
GraphnAI can't revoke one app's consent across every user who gave it yet. Revoke it in Microsoft Entra, in the enterprise application's permissions.
How to fix it
This app's publisher isn't verified, and it has consent to sensitive data. Review who consented and why. Revoke the consent if no one can account for it.
